Registration

Thanks for your interest in attending the Pregnancy Options Dialogue! Registration requests are processed in the order they are received. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. Registering and paying online is the fastest way to complete a registration. Other Payment Options, including instructions for those seeking a Group Discount, are below.

Groups

To receive the 15% off Total Group Discount available to groups of three (3) or more that register and pay together: please call 1-800-772-1115 (M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., P.S.T.) to register and make payment for your group. You will be able to pay by credit card over the phone, by check or by purchase order.

Refunds

No refunds will be made for registrant cancellations received after October 1, 2010. Cancellations made prior to that date will be refunded all but a $20 processing fee. If you are unable to attend and have not cancelled in advance, your payment will not be refunded.

The Pregnancy Options Dialogue organizers welcome people with special needs. Please contact info@pregnancyoptionsdialogue.org before October 1, 2010, with any special needs requests.

Cancellation Policy

The Pregnancy Options Dialogue sponsors reserve the right to cancel any event. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute event presenters.
